Paris Saint-Germain announces that Achraf Hakimi has contracted the Corona virus

Paris Saint-Germain announced that Moroccan international Ashraf Hakimi, the left back of the French capital club, had contracted the Corona virus.

And Paris Saint-Germain issued an official statement, in which it confirmed that the tests conducted by the team’s players before its first friendly match today, Saturday, confirmed that the Moroccan was infected with the Corona virus.

The club added, that Moroccan Ashraf Hakimi underwent sanitary isolation, and will return to group training again after 10 days.

Ashraf Hakimi was infected with the Corona virus, when he was a player for Inter Milan last October.

The Paris club hopes to recover its player as soon as possible, and that none of its players has been exposed to the virus.

Hakimi, 22, joined Saint-Germain this summer from Inter Milan, for 70 million euros.
