Donnarumma outside Milan after the French goalkeeper Majnane's deal was settled

Milan, Italy, has settled its first summer deals, in preparation for the new season 2021-2022, by contracting with Mick Magnan, goalkeeper of the French Lille team, after the player arrived in Italy on Tuesday, and underwent medical examinations in preparation for the official announcement of the contract with him.

According to the Italian website Calcio Mercato, the French goalkeeper, Majignan, signed today a 5-year contract with Milan, and will receive an annual salary of up to 3 million euros, and Lille will receive 13 million euros in addition to two million euros in bonuses.

The Italian report added that the Rossoneri will officially announce, in the next few hours, the 25-year-old French goalkeeper's deal, to be the club's first deals in the Mercato summer market.

The report indicated, that goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is outside Milan officially, especially since his current contract with the club expires on June 30th, and his contract with the club will not be renewed due to the financial conditions requested by the goalkeeper, in addition to the club's contract with the French goalkeeper.

Earlier press reports indicated that Barcelona and Juventus entered into a strong struggle to obtain Donnarumma's services in a free deal after the end of his contract with Milan.

Milan managed to return to the European Champions League competitions next season, after occupying the Italian league standings this season, after the absence of 7 years from the Champions League, where the last appearance of the team was during the 2013-2014 season.
